Look at Manic Panic dyes or Ion Brilliance Brights (in Lavender).

Using a white toner on yellow bleached hair won’t work as well as using a blue toner. I use Wella blue toner, but a lot of different brands are out there and I’m sure you’ll find something. Give your hair a week or so to heal before toning again, or see a hairdresser.

This is best done in a salon, because of the varied colors- but if you can’t or don’t want to go, bleach the areas that need bleaching, tone all of your hair with a blue-ish toner, and dye it with a lavender dye/mixed purple and conditioner or white toner. 

This should be done over the course of a week for best results and minimal hair damage.

do not go from dark hair to blonde on your own, unless you plan on doing it over a LONG span of time. I did it too quickly and I completely ruined my hair. it takes multiple bleaching and toning processes

good reminder: don’t do too much to your hair too soon. Personally, I bleached/processed/toned/dyed my hair in 4 days, but depending on how experienced you are and how drastic the change is, as well as hair type and health, don’t rush it.

while that’s always an excellent idea for any hair-related issues, even consultations in some places can get pricy. See your hairdresser always if you can. If not: strip, bleach, condition, wait. :)
