Step 1: Bleach
You will need to bleach your hair until it is light blonde, this may take a few attempts. I’d recommend waiting a while between each bleaching and using a very good deep conditioner to restore the strength and moisture of your hair. -Jerome Russel B Blonde powder bleach. You need to get the cream bleach with it, it’s about £5 in total. or Freeze Ice Lights and mix it with a creme developer-

Step 2: Toner
Okay, now you’ll need some toner to get rid of the brassy tones. You could use Matrix So Silver toner, Fudgebox whiter shade of pale, Special Effects toner/mixer, or any other silver shampoo.

Step 3: Adding the colour
You should have pretty pale blonde hair, if not, try dying over it with any good light blonde dye. Get the hair dye that you want to make your hair, do not buy a really light dye, you should instead buy a bright bold one (I recommend Crazy Colour dye), because a pastel hair dye will wash out completely very, very fast.
Put the dye into a bowl, but only a few scoops, not the whole pot, and add some conditioner to the dye. It should be 20% dye and 80% conditioner. Less dye = more pastel! You can leave it in as long as you like, at least 30 mins.

Step 4: Finish
Finally, after you rinse and condition your hair, dry and style it as required. Light hair will require a lot of up keep and you should deep condition your hair about once a week.

There you go, enjoy your new hair! <3
